Kielbasa Appetizer


Ingredients

  • 3 lbs. Silver Star Kielbasa
  • 1 12 oz. jar Heinz Chili Sauce
  • 1 ½ Cups Brown Sugar
  • 1 20 oz. Can Crushed Pineapple in Heavy Syrup (undrained)

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350
  2. Slice kielbasa into approx. ¼ inch pieces.
  3. Place into an ovenproof dish or pan.
  4. Mix chili sauce, brown sugar and crushed pineapple in bowl.
  5. Pour mixture over the sliced kielbasa. Stir together.
  6. Place in oven for 1 ½ hour or until sauce thickens.
  7. Keep warm in a chafing dish.
