Shipping Terms and Conditions:
 

Here at Silver Star Meats we take great pride in our products. We want our customers to keep coming back for that same great taste. We would like to offer our products to you by delivering to your door step. To ensure product flavor is best when they arrive at your home we have enforced a strict shipping policy.

All orders are shipped Driver Release. This means the package will be delivered to recipient without a signature at the drivers discretion. Packages will be left at exterior doors. Our service providers do not telephone before delivery and we cannot guarantee the time of delivery. To arrange on-time delivery please have proper and complete addresses for all orders. We do not deliver to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

All products are packed in white boxes with insulated coolers. All refrigerated products are frozen and packed with ice packs. We include shipping & handling along with packaging material costs into final shipping costs. 

Unsuccessful deliveries as a result of recipient or sender not at residence or changes in addresses after shipment has left the building will not be refunded or reshipped. Damaged packages or missing shipments should be reported immediately. Please call
